Warranty Information

Thermo Flap Pet Doors are warranted as follows. 5 years on general construction of pet door frames. Two years on flaps any damage caused by improper installation or pets is not covered in this warranty. Thermo Flap Pet Poors are professionally made and engineered and should last a lifetime. Simple cleaning of the flaps with dish soap will prolong the life of the flap material. DO NOT USE CLEANING AGENTS.
